Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in unused, unopened, and original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

⚠️ Please note: All returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return request:

  1. Email contactus@gledhillpulsacoil.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return authorisation and return address instructions

  3. Do not return items without authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contactus@gledhillpulsacoil.com. Include clear photos and your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

If damage occurred during delivery, please ask the courier to record this upon delivery and retain all packaging for inspection.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend:

  1. Completing a return for the item you received

  2. Placing a new order for the replacement item


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
